Clover is seeking a Product Manager to join our Consumer team that is focused on building the in-store and online shopping experiences of the future.

As a member of the Consumer team you will work closely with merchants to find new ways to connect them with their customers, including innovations in online ordering, touchless ordering, and more.
This role reports to the Group Product Manager, Consumer.

You’ll be responsible for:
Understanding the needs of consumers and the ways they interact with the merchants they love
Leading the implementation, launch, and iteration of consumer-facing purchase experiences
Developing and maintaining the product roadmap and backlog for your cross-functional team
Ensure your cross-functional team and stakeholders understand customer pain points, strategic vision and technical trade-offs involved in the overall roadmap and strategy
Participating in and leading cross-functional meetings including stand ups, retrospectives, and planning
Owning and tracking KPIs and metrics that inform product success and health
Coordinating with user research teams and customer-facing stakeholders to develop actionable user insights
Participate and lead cross-functional meetings including stand ups, retrospectives, and planning
Partner with the Group Product Manager of consumers and other cross-functional stakeholders to shape Clover’s Consumer product vision
Building business cases for new product efforts as opportunities arise

The ideal candidate has:
Experience working on web-based B2C products, online ordering experiences, or self-service checkout.
3-5 years experience in product management
Bonus points for building SMB or payments products.
Deep customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs and behavior
Desire to solve complicated and impactful product & business problems
Bias towards action to uncover new opportunity areas
Strong data analysis and lean experimentation experience
The ability to make decisions with limited information in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
