Hardware Operations Project Manager

We are looking for experienced hardware operations managers to expand our footprint to new countries and provide business insights by crunching data in various perspective, such as supply chain, forecasting & planning, logistics operations function, etc.  In this role, you’ll collaborate with different teams to create effective business plans, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experiences in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability.

Responsibilities:
1. Project manage to expand hardware operations to other countries together with multi-functional teams
2. Evaluate supply chain data and performance reports in order to provide business insights for management
3. Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
4. Quickly resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
5. Involve in the procurement process to support the needs for the hardware team
6. Sourcing of equipment and raw materials
7. Respond quickly to changes to the overall goals, schedule, and/or architecture.

Requirements
1. 5+ years experience in hardware operations, supply chain or in a similar field
2. Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and understanding of development and manufacturing process
3. Strong communication skills
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills
5. Attention to details and Creative problem-solving
6. A strategic and analytical mind
7. Ability to travel
8. Understanding of reverse logistics, RMA (return merchandise authorization) process, and repair
9. Bachelors Degree, Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
