Growth Product Manager - Consumer

Clover is seeking a hands-on Growth Product Manager to join our Consumer team that is focused on building the most-expansive network of small-businesses in the world.
As a member of the Consumer team you will be working across multiple, cross-vertical teams with the responsibility of defining and implementing a strategy to drive greater consumer engagement across Clover’s network of merchants. This role will be at the forefront of helping merchants engage more customers at the counter and online and enable SMB’s to grow their business.
You’ll be responsible for:
Work closely with core product managers to assess impact and priority of product roadmap deliverables using predictive adoption modeling, qualitative data and quantitative data from running experiments (e.g. a/b testing).
Define success for a given product through the lens of the company's growth objectives and align the cross-functional team to achieve the business outcome.
Evangelizing the growth mindset and shortening the time to learning across the Clover organization
Understanding the needs of consumers and the ways they interact with the merchants they love
Influencing product roadmap and backlog for cross-functional Consumer teams
Communicating effectively with leadership, your engineering/design counterparts, and additional stakeholders throughout the team
Work closely with marketing managers to define performance marketing strategies and priorities.
Assist in analyzing and reviewing the impact of existing features/functionalities.
Contributing to the Consumer teams success metrics and product line.
Coordinating with user research teams and customer-facing stakeholders to develop actionable user insights
The ideal candidate has:
3+ years of growth product management or growth product marketing experience preferably with products serving two-sided markets.
Experience driving data-driven projects.
In-depth knowledge of performance marketing and user growth analytics.
Be able to define strategy, tactics and metrics starting from the users’ needs.
Proven the ability to build trust and effectively negotiate with all members of a cross-functional team to achieve both business and product outcomes.
Strong sense of product quality, content quality.
Proven track record of using data to influence requirements, design and implementation
Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously
