Retain direct merchants on the Pineapple Payments book of business by responding to immediate
needs of customers and providing thorough solutions and being an advocate of the Pineapple brands
and products.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and chat requests made by direct merchants in a
timely and professional manner
• Promote Pineapple products by enthusiastically finding solutions for customers that fit their
needs
• Continue to learn about merchant processing and apply that knowledge to the overall
success of the Client Success Team
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Assist with projects related to portfolio consolidation, as needed
• Assist with projects related to multiple clients, as needed
• Other duties, as assigned
