Director Demand Generation II - CLOVER

This position is needed to drive engaging campaigns along the customer journey that accelerate activation, engagement and revenue. By employing lifecycle marketing strategies, the director will lead a team that provides a great self-service experience with our products, and makes it easy for users to expand their business and become advocates.

Responsibilities In This Role, You’ll
• Develop personalized customer engagement programs for Clover's customer base to help them get the most out of our products and deepen their relationship with us.
• Drive more sign-ups, activations, and better experiences.
• Ensure that Clover has strong, effective campaigns across all channels in all parts of the lifecycle
• Lead the development of nurture, onboarding, upsell/cross sell, and advocacy campaigns, with A/B testing to optimize those campaigns.
• Execute specialized multichannel campaigns targeting key segments
• Build a high performing team.
Qualifications

Required
• 10+ years experience in marketing, include lifecycle and growth functions
• 3+ years experience in managing and leading high-performing teams
• An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to assemble and lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to foster alignment and collaboration across teams
• Excellent communication skills. Able to distill key takeaways for executive audiences
• Ability to leverage data to measure results and drive innovation and optimization
• Strong project management skills, team management skills
• Ability to think strategically while also being detail oriented
• A sense of curiosity, willingness to learn, and focus on customer experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
