Description Summary

Clover Connect from Fiserv is the leading payments engine for software companies. Clover Connects’ payments engine supports software companies with powerful and easy integrations. Clover Connect is looking for a Digital Marketing manager for our Marketing team. Primary responsibilities are to drive revenue through creating and executing marketing programs within our ISV (integrated software vendor) channel.

The position will manage content, collateral, email and lead generation campaigns for our top tier ISV partners. The role will provide strategic thought-leadership to our ISV partners and account managers.

• Own and execute the digital marketing strategy for ISV partners, with the primary goal of driving leads from their user base.
• Plan and execute content for marketing programs that align with the Clover Connect brand voice while clearly articulating the value prop
• Design and build email campaigns that nurture prospects through the funnel
• Create co-branded landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs
• Design and build social media assets for partner distribution
• Develop collateral and sales materials for trade shows and industry events
• Monitor competitors, industry shifts, and the overall changes in the digital marketing landscape to drive future growth

Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or similar field
• 6+ years of professional digital marketing experience for SEO/SEM, content, email, and websites
• 2+ years of digital analytics and reporting and working with tracking parameters for clear and effective ROI on campaigns.
• Prior professional experience using marketing automation platforms, such as Hubspot or Marketo
• Strong leadership skills, ability to perform under the pressure and optimize the team's resources to attain the business goals
• Strong teamwork and partnering skills for cross-group collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Strong project management skills to hit deadlines and ensure success metrics are met.
• Strong attention to detail in preparing project and business requirements for to action for email and digital campaigns.
• Strong problem solving skills, independent thinking
• Strong decision making skills
• Passion for results and data-driven decision-making in the digital marketing field
