Clover - Director, Marketing
As the Marketing Director, you will define, execute and manage Fiserv’s go-to-market strategies to attract new sales partnership opportunities, and nurture existing partnerships. You will primarily support Fiserv’s CardConnect sales agent channel, W-2 internal sales force and ISO partnerships. The ideal candidate is strategic, well-organized, a strong people leader and has a proven understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, sales enablement and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
• Create, organize and manage the strategic marketing plan that relates to the partner channel
• Create and advance the development and implementation of partner marketing campaigns through customized strategies focused on lead generation via paid/promoted ads, paid email campaigns, recruiting events and website development and maintenance
• Monitor marketing budget, with specific attention to the effectiveness and impact of current marketing campaigns and strategies
• Oversee product marketing, SEO, digital and blog content to drive web traffic and conversions
• Monitor marketing metrics for all campaigns; compile analytics and insights
• Identify new strategies, methods and tactics to execute marketing goals
• Manage team of 3 people
Requirements
• Demonstrated partner marketing experience
• Experience in b2b marketing acquisition and customer marketing
• Experience supporting sales teams
• Strong presentation skills/ executive presence
