What does an IT Professional do​?
You will lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services and improve existing Clover systems and processes.

Daily Responsibilities
● Help define Clover IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
● Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the
organisation to develop solutions for IT needs
● Monitor performance of Clover information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving the Clover IT infrastructure
● Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues with the Clover team

● Manage local Clover IT staff, provide feedback on performance, and measure team capacity for support.

Role Requirements
● 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Engineering or similar
● Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
● Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
● Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration
● Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
● Project management skills and strong ability to prioritise
● Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
● Experience with Crowdstrike, JAMF, and CyberArk
● Experience with patch management and remote support
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present info clearly
● Ability to work well and engage with a remote team
● A good relationship-builder with clients and teammates alike
