What does a great Sales Representative do?

Today, businesses need real-time financing solutions to fund growth and fuel economic recovery. Fiserv is providing innovative financing solutions that connect businesses to much needed capital at the speed of life.  This role will provide you with an opportunity to cross sell Clover Capital, a solution that turns future credit and debit card sales into working capital, with clear and easy payback terms, giving businesses the flexibility to grow their business.

This position is responsible for cross selling via inbound and outbound call efforts towards our existing accounts. In this inside sales role, you will generate and convert new leads through marketing, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with our existing referral channels. You will manage a pipeline of business, moving through various opportunities throughout the sales cycle, and successfully closing the sale.

What you will do:

  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets, both monthly and annually.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to uncover needs and determine the best solution offering for the merchant.
  • Sell and negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, with consistent follow up on both inbound and outbound sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
  • Build a book of business of repeat customers

What you will need to have:

  • Minimum 1 year of call centre experience.
  • Bilingual skills (English/French) is required.

What would be great to have:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Cell centre experience in sales or support roles.
  • Cash advance, merchant services, point-of-sale or software sales experience is strongly preferred.
