Clover Concierge Installation Specialist

What does a Clover Concierge Specialist do?

We're Clover, the largest cloud-based integrated commerce operating system for small and medium businesses.  You've probably seen us in your favorite restaurants and shops; we support over 700k merchants worldwide and in 2022 processed over $240 billion card transactions.  Clover enables merchants to accept payments, run their business and sell more.  Come help us transform the way merchants do business, join Clover.  You will handle the consultative setup of Clover devices to drive faster speed to activation, seamless onboarding process, as well as provide feedback regarding Business Sales Consultant’s knowledge gaps, product and process improvements.    

***In Office Position - Mon-Fri - Multiple shifts available from 8am to 7pm

What you will do:

• Provide a high quality ‘Merchant Experience’ to each Merchant, based on their priorities.

• Consultative setup of Clover devices based on the individual Merchant’s business requirements.

• Complete Installation activity via predominantly remote support, and in-person where required.

• Identify and execute opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the consultative setup of Clover devices activity.

• Follow up with installed merchants at thirty (30) and sixty (60) day intervals.

• Provide feedback regarding identified Sales BC knowledge gaps, identified Product gaps, and suggested process improvements.

What you need to have:

• 3-5 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 4-year college degree OR 2-year degree + 3 years of related experience in Sales or Technology

• Bi-lingual (Spanish Speaking)

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
