Boarding Operations Analyst

About the Role
As a Boarding Operations Analyst, you will lead the team responsible for the operational health of systems that connect the Clover and Fiserv backend, which allows new merchants to be boarded. You will work with Product on deploying new plans and features across multiple environments.  We are looking for an analytical, out-of-the-box problem solver who is able to operationalize the flow of work within many systems.  Ideal candidates will proactively identify gaps in our product and processes, keep relevant stakeholders informed, and drive projects and boarding related tasks to completion with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Ops, Billing and Customer Support to identify, document, propose, and implement solutions to improve merchant experience
Provide production boarding operational support
Partner directly with the Boarding & Partner Tools Engineering team and related Product teams to improve and facilitate adoption of changes and enhancements for the Clover platform
Operationalize activities in process, tooling, and automation.
Requirements:
1 year of experience interacting with audiences of varying technical backgrounds
1 year of  database querying languages such as SQL and/or the desire to expand your skills
1 year of initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance while adjusting to rapidly changing requirements
1 year of direct or indirect coding experience.

Nice to have:
Innate curiosity for solving complex problems through hypothesis-driven root cause investigations
Experience working with Kibana, Python, Salesforce, SQL, ZenDesk
Experience with automating manual processes
Experience with reporting to executive management
