As the Bi-lingual Marketing Specialist, you will be a member of a marketing team supporting Fiserv’s CardConnect sales agent channel, W-2 internal sales force and ISO partnerships. You will support our Hispanic and Latino programs as well as other programs we develop and manage for the agent/ISO community. The ideal candidate is creative, well-organized, articulate and has experience in partner marketing.

Key responsibilities include:
• Adapt current English language marketing and sales material for Spanish speaking customers and merchants.
• Create new sales and marketing assets in Spanish for new products and services.
• Manage elements of the English language marketing program.
• Support trade and other marketing efforts.

Key requirements:
• Candidate must have oral and written fluency in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience in both English and Spanish.
• Team player with a passion for helping small businesses
• Experience in Adobe/Illustrator/Hubspot and similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows
• Bachelors degree (minimum)
