Position Description Overview

Fiserv Global Leasing is the specialist finance business for Small & Medium size Businesses (SMB) in the UK and ROI. We currently support a range of existing and new customers including ISO’s (Independent Sales Organisations), Joint Ventures, Bank Partners and Direct businesses by providing a range of Lease & Service Agreement options for traditional POS Terminals and Clover ePOS Devices.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Support Specialist to join our fast paced, dynamic and exciting Team and to contribute towards our growth and change program. You will be responsible for supporting our business development team in signing and expanding new relationships.

With key focus on client retention and delinquency mitigation, through close collaboration & partnership with our ISOs and partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer Client requests and collaborate with other areas to ensure the right outcome
  • Produce Monthly performance reporting for BDMs to share with their clients
  • Produce weekly and daily reports for Clients
  • Asset Management – Ensure terminal estate is clean and ensure we are not occurring extra costs
  • Lead and organise meetings and produce actions logs and minutes from the meetings
  • Takes the lead in sending Delinquency reports to our ISOs and answering any queries and working with collections to ensure the right outcome is reached.
  • Produce estate reports for business channels and assist with upgrade processes    
  • Input and assist on bespoke campaigns and client needs
  • Assist business development managers in ISO on-boarding
  • Regular point of contact for day-to-day ISO queries, triaging of sales support mailbox and ensuring responses are provided in a timely manner
  • Outbound care calls for large proportion of ISO estate

Candidate Requirements:

  • Self-starter with the ability to take the initiative in supporting challenging business goals
  • Proactive approach with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude
  • Ability to take minutes from meetings and distribute out to key stakeholders. Must ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner with regular communication and updates from team members
  • Flexible, self-motivated, reliable, able to self-manage deadlines. Prepared to put the effort in to get the right business outcome
  • Great planner – have a plan, work the plan, re-evaluate and revise the plan as necessary
  • Interpret KPIs to align business development focus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and on the phone to clients
  • Ability to understand complex processes and communicate to audiences at all levels
  • Ability to be able to use Office applications to a high quality standard
