Job TitleProduct Manager, Clover Sport
About the role
As a Product Manager at Clover Sport, you will help transform the product vision into actionable roadmap initiatives and drive business outcomes for customers, you will help define the future of omnichannel commerce for Clover Sport customers which include Sports and Entertainment venues, Museums, Zoos, Corporate Cafeterias, and more. You will be an advocate for the pain points of concessionaire’s staff at sports stadiums, and entertainment venues, and help deliver delightful fan experiences.
As a Product Manager at Clover Sport, you will manage the full lifecycle of the product, drive execution through collaboration with designers, engineers, and other product managers. You will work closely with customer success and support teams to gain insights into product usage and adoption to best define requirements.
What You'll Do
Help define the product roadmap and strategy for Clover Sport.
Define, manage, and execute the product roadmap. Evaluating trade-offs between customer needs and business priorities.
Facilitate data-driven decisions through telemetry and metric definition to evaluate success of the products you launch.
Define and drive pilots prior to releasing to the general public in order to gather early feedback and ensure adoption of new features and functionality.
Review customer feedback, analyze impact and prioritize it to convert it into clearly defined product requirements.
Define effective data visualizations that are easy to interpret and deliver actionable insights.
Identify opportunities to enhance the product based on competitive analysis and industry trends.
Be the product champion, working cross functionally and managing internal and external stakeholders.
Define the value proposition of your products and positioning for your products in collaboration with product marketing.
What You'll Need
3+ years of product management experience in an enterprise B2B/B2B2C SaaS company, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Sports and Entertainment industries.
Experience defining, developing and launching products at various stages in an Agile environment.
Strong analytical problem solving skills to support your decision making.
Proven ability to influence and lead internal stakeholders with authority.
Excellent relationship building skills such as: Written and verbal communication, customer empathy, collaboration and team building.
Technical background preferred. Business degree is a strong plus.
Bonus Points if You Have
Experience with third party integrations.
Prior experience in Food Service Management and/or Arena Operations.
MBA or similar graduate degree.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
